Before applying for the posts, an aspirant must satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria. Age Limit: A candidates must be between 15 to 24 years of age as on 1st November 2017. Five years of age is relaxable for the SC/ ST contenders and three years for Other Backward Classes aspirants. Age limit is relaxed by 10 years for the person with a disability.

The candidate appearing for the examination must have passed 10th standard with the minimum of 50 percent marks from any of the recognised board and also holds National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training.

Note: All the applicants must possess the Aadhar Card at the time of registration as they have to fill the 12 digit Aadhaar Card number and the contestants who have applied for the card but don’t have received it can enter the 28 digit Aadhaar Enrolment ID
administered on the Aadhaar Enrolment slip.

The above-outlined system is not for the examinees from the states – Assam, Jammu & Kashmir and Meghalaya. Candidates from these states can enter driving license number, voter ID number, valid passport no. or any other valid Government identity card.

Application fees (Non-refundable) – Rs.100/- must be paid by every of the contender. Fee payment can be made through any of the modes available.
