CDS 2 2017 News: Deputy Secretary of Union Public Service Commission [UPSC] – Mangal Marndi has decisively undersigned the notification regarding – Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2017 – Applications rejected due to non-payment of fee regarding. In the list, the board has stated the transaction ID, Candidates Name, Registration ID and Sr No. Following this, applicants who names are shown here, won’t be receiving Admit Cards for upcoming written test scheduled on 19th November 2017. UPSC CDS II hall tickets are expected to release in Last Week of October 2017. Reportedly, confirmation has NOT been received from the Bank Authorities regarding receipt of Fees of ` 200/- in respect of following candidates for CDS Examination (II), 2017.
CDS 2 2017: UPSC Rejects 73 Candidates From Taking Exam
9 August 2017 onwards, application forms were started to be filled online for 414 vacant seats. Recommended ones will be sent to following as per vacancies mentioned ahead –
- Officers Training Academy, Chennai (For Men) – 225
- Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala – 45
- Air Force Academy, Hyderabad – 32
- Officers Training Academy, Chennai (For Women) – 12
- Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun – 100
For INA, IMA, IAA, within 2 hours duration, on written exam date, 100 Marks questions will be asked from English, Elementary Maths and General Knowledge (GK) each.
While the case is a bit different for OTA as for similar marks and duration, problems will be asked from General Knowledge (GK) and English only.
Given the provisions contained in the Commission’s Notice of the above examination uploaded on the Commission’s website on 09.08.2017, applications of all these candidates for the said examination have been rejected.
How to rise against rejection with proof?
Board has also notified that, only with documentary evidence, one holds right to raise an appeal against rejection. Within ten days of receiving this email, volunteer should by speed post or by hand submit the bid documents to Shri J. D. Lakra, Under Secretary
(CDS), Union Public Service Commission, Room No. 419, Ayog Sachivalaya Building.
